Razor barbed wire is a barrier device made from hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel sheets, punched into sharp blade shapes. High-tension galvanized steel wire, razor barbed wire, or stainless steel wire serves as the core wire. Due to its unique shape, the barbed wire is difficult to touch, providing excellent protection and isolation. The main materials used are galvanized and stainless steel.

Plastic-coated razor barbed wire: Plastic-coated razor barbed wire (PVC razor barbed wire, plastic-coated razor barbed wire), also known as plastic-coated razor barbed wire or plastic-coated razor barbed wire, is produced after the razor barbed wire undergoes a rust-proofing treatment. This plastic-coated surface treatment provides excellent corrosion resistance, a beautiful glossy surface, excellent waterproofing, easy installation, and economical and practical features. Plastic-coated razor barbed wire is a surface treatment in which plastic powder is sprayed onto the finished razor barbed wire. Powder coating, also known as electrostatic powder spraying, uses an electrostatic generator to charge plastic powder, which then adheres to the metal surface. After baking at 180-220°C, the powder melts and adheres to the metal. Powder coating products are primarily used for indoor cabinets, resulting in a matte or matte finish. Powder coatings primarily include acrylic powder and polyester powder.

Powder coating colors include: razor wire blue, grass green, dark green, and yellow. Powder coating razor wire is a barrier device made of hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel sheet stamped into sharp blade shapes, with high-tension galvanized steel wire or stainless steel wire as the core. The unique shape of the barbed wire makes it difficult to touch, providing excellent protection and isolation. The main materials include galvanized steel, stainless steel, and high-quality low-carbon steel wire (electrogalvanized, hot-dip galvanized, plastic-coated, or powder-coated), available in blue, green, and yellow. Plastic-sprayed razor wire is used for barrier protection at grassland borders, railways, and highways, as well as for enclosure protection in gardens, residential areas, government agencies, prisons, outposts, and border defense areas.

Plastic-sprayed razor wire can be categorized by installation method: (accordion-type) spiral plastic-sprayed razor wire, linear plastic-sprayed razor wire, flat-plate plastic-sprayed razor wire, and plastic-sprayed razor wire welded wire.
Plastic-sprayed razor wire is generally categorized into three types: spiral, linear, and spiral cross.
