Inadequate protection can lead to localized white or red rust upon arrival, directly disrupting the construction schedule. High-standard packaging requires that products undergo thorough drying and passivation after hot-dip galvanizing, be fully sealed with VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) film, and be secured onto heavy-duty pallets designed for easy unloading by local forklifts. Such attention to detail not only ensures the product arrives in pristine condition but also significantly reduces on-site labor costs associated with unloading.

Finally, strict control of dimensional tolerances enables "install-upon-arrival."

At overseas construction sites where labor costs are exceptionally high, any need for on-site secondary cutting, trimming, or leveling incurs exorbitant additional labor expenses. Therefore, for qualified expanded metal panel products, diagonal tolerances must be strictly controlled within a very narrow range, and the panel surface must be free of any waviness or warping caused by internal stresses from the physical stretching process. Each batch should undergo high-precision leveling and pre-assembly testing before leaving the factory to ensure seamless, puzzle-like installation upon arrival at the construction site; this is the most effective way to keep the project on schedule and avoid cost overruns.
