Material Selection

Surface Treatment
Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Zinc coating thickness of 40–120μm.
Powder Coating / PVC Coating: Full RAL color spectrum available; powder coating thickness of 60–80μm or PVC coating thickness of 0.5–1.0mm.
Enhanced Corrosion Protection: We recommend a dual-process treatment combining galvanizing with either powder coating or PVC coating.
Packaging Customization
Our Expanded Mesh Fences are packaged using a protective combination of anti-rust film and waterproof woven fabric, reinforced with wooden pallets or steel frames; sharp edges are fitted with corner protectors. We support custom shipping mark printing as well as the application of barcodes and QR codes. Accessories are sorted and packaged separately; loading plans are optimized based on container dimensions to facilitate mixed-load shipments.
