Interlocking steel grating can be divided into four types: Interlocking steel grating can be classified according to the insertion method and angle, including pressed steel grating, heavy-duty steel grating, integral steel grating, and sunshade steel grating.
1. Pressed Interlocking Steel Grating: After the load-bearing flat steel is grooved, the crossbar flat steel is pressed and locked into shape. Generally speaking, the maximum processing height for ordinary steel grating is 100mm. The grating length is usually less than 2000mm.
2. Heavy-duty Interlocking Steel Grating: This type of steel grating is formed by interlocking the high flat steel and crossbar flat steel under a pressure of 1200 tons. It is suitable for applications with high spans and loads.
3. Integral Interlocking Steel Grating: The load-bearing flat steel and crossbar flat steel of integral interlocking steel grating are the same height, and the groove depth is 1/2 that of the load-bearing flat steel. The grating height is no more than 100mm. The grating length is usually less than 2000mm. 4. Sunshade Interlocking Steel Grating: The load-bearing flat steel of this type of grating is slotted at 30° or 45°, and the slotted flat steel is slotted and press-locked into shape. We can deliver gratings of other spacings and specifications based on specific needs. We can use materials such as ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The grating height is less than 100mm.
